Overnight oats with chia seeds and buffalo worm flour

Want a delicious and nutritious treat in the morning? Try out this amazing recipe for overnight oats. It is packed with protein, fibers, healthy fats and minerals to give you the perfect beginning of the day.

FOR TWO PORTIONS YOU WILL NEED
4 tbsp. of chia seeds
2 dl oats
1 large ripe banana
1 pinch of sea salt
½ tsp. vanilla powder
1 tsp. cardamom (or cinnamon or ground ginger, if you like)
1,5 tbsp. of buffalo worm flour (find it here)
2 dl milk (or you can use whatever plant-based milk you’d like)
2 dl yoghurt (or soy yoghurt)

Mash the banana and add the oats, chia seeds, buffalo worm flour and the spices. Mix it all together with milk and yoghurt and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Serve with your favourite fruits and nuts, and add some syrup on top. Enjoy your overnight oats with your favourite coffee for breakfast!
