Overnight oats with chia seeds and insect powder

Do you want a delicious and nutritious breakfast to start your day off in a good way? Try out this amazing recipe for overnight oats. It is packed with protein, fibers, healthy fats and minerals to give you the perfect beginning of the day and it's all coming from the insects. The entire recipe can be made glutenfree and dairyfree, if you choose it, which is just another bonus.

OVERNIGHT OATS
FOR TWO PORTIONS YOU WILL NEED
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 dl glutenfree oats
1 large ripe banana
1 pinch of sea salt
½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
teaspoon of cardamom (or cinnamon or ground ginger, if you like)
1.5 tablespoons of insect powder (get it here)
2 dl oat milk
2 dl yogurt (we used the dairyfree one)

Mash the banana and add the oats, chia seeds, buffalo worm flour and the spices. Mix it all together with milk and yoghurt and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Serve with your favourite fruits and nuts, and add some syrup on top. Enjoy your overnight oats with your favourite coffee for breakfast!
